Always know what you’re paying for with our fixed monthly management fee of $150 per month. No sneaky hidden costs, no decrease in care or benefits and complimentary landlord insurance included means you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for. Plus, we’ve even capped off our property leasing fee so you’ll never get a nasty shock while you’re between tenants.

Regular quarterly inspections.

Your dedicated property manager will conduct quarterly inspections to check-in with your property and your tenants. All property reports are easily accessible on the Akora platform, plus it’s easy for you and your tenants to see upcoming inspection dates. Your manager will also carry out entry and exit inspections and provide written and visual condition reports – all included in your fixed fee.

Proactive, trackable maintenance.

Staying on top of important maintenance work keeps owners and tenants happy! We use a trusted network of qualified and insured contractors for high quality and cost-effective maintenance on all Akora properties – who are also available 24/7 for emergency maintenance calls. As the owner, you can track the whole process on the Akora platform, easily viewing and approving maintenance orders with automated email and text notifications to keep you up-to-date and informed.

High quality tenants.

Our team puts in the work to get you the right tenants. First, we review all tenancy applicants thoroughly, then search candidates on all available public and paid databases, contact two or more referees and look into payslips and affordability checks.

We are so confident in the quality of our tenants, that if a tenant placed by us ever has to be evicted, we will lease your new household free of charge.

Faster leasing between tenants.

Akora can take care of the entire leasing process for a transparent, fixed fee of $800. We know it’s important to find the right tenants fast, so we go the extra mile by advertising on all major digital platforms (Realestate.com.au, Domain and Rent.com.au, etc.), placing for-lease signs on your property for maximum exposure, following up every lead and even conducting after-hours open-homes. Plus, every application we receive to you is via the Akora platform in real-time.

Automated payments.

AkoraPay is a custom direct-debit payment system we built to keep all payments easy, streamlined and totally transparent for all users. Log in to see exactly where your property balance/ledger is at in real-time – including if rent has been paid, what bills are coming up and what your monthly payout will be.

Plus, AkoraPay allows tenants to split rent payments and sends smart notifications to as soon as rent is late and to minimise overdue payments.

We don’t believe in locking you into a contract, we know our experienced team and quality service speaks for itself. If you should choose to move on, we recommend providing us with 28 days’ notice so we can make the transition as smooth as possible.
